This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to reassign an order to a different table or transfer it to a new server using the POS system.
Part 1: Changing Table Assignment

Navigate to Active Orders:
On the POS system, go to the Active Orders section. -
Locate the Order:
Find and select the order that needs to be moved to a different table. -
Access Edit Mode:
At the top of the order screen, tap the pencil icon to edit. -
Select New Table:

A pop-up displaying the table layout will appear.

Tap on the destination table for the order.

If necessary, change the Dining Area using the option at the top-left of the pop-up.

Confirm Table Change:
After selecting the new table, tap Change at the bottom right of the pop-up to finalize the reassignment.
Part 2: Changing Server Assignment

Navigate to Active Orders:
On the POS system, go to the Active Orders section. -
Locate the Order:
Find and select the order that needs to be reassigned to a different server. -
Access Edit Mode:
At the top of the order screen, tap the pencil icon to edit. -
Initiate Server Change:
In the pop-up displaying the table layout, tap on Change Server at the top. -
Select New Server:
From the list, tap on the new server's name who will take over the table. -
Confirm Server Change:
Tap Change at the bottom of the pop-up to finalize the server reassignment.
Notes
Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform table or server reassignments.
