How to Map Printers in the POS System (Admin Guide)

This guide walks you through how to map printers to specific billing or cooking stations within your restaurant's POS system. You’ll need admin-level access to complete this process.

Step 1: Log In to the POS

Use your employee PIN to log in to the terminal.
Make sure you are logged in as a user with access to the Settings tab.

Step 2: Open the Settings Menu

1. In the top-left corner of the screen, tap the red circle that shows your restaurant's initials.
2. In the drop-down menu, scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.

Step 3: Access Printer Mapping

From the Settings page, select Map Printers in the menu.

Step 4: Search for Available Printers

On the Printer Mapping Configuration Screen, tap the Search Printers button to detect all available printers connected to the system.

Step 5: Assign Printers to Stations

1. Navigate to the billing or cooking station where you want to assign a printer.
2. Tap the dropdown menu beside the station and select the appropriate printer from the list.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

After mapping the printers, click Save at the bottom of the screen to apply your configuration.
